While taking a few senior photos in Loose Park yesterday… I saw an elderly couple stop to have a picnic. He tossed out a blanket for the two of them to rest. She began to unpack the basket. He surprised her with flowers and she leaned in for a kiss. The classic idea of growing old together with the love of your life… so sweet… so special… so lucky. “What a wonderful husband, he still buys her

flowers even after this long”

Wait a second… who knows how long they’ve been together… Who’s to say they are even married? And if they are married… they could be on their third marriage. Maybe they just met and got married a year ago. I ruined the mood. Sorry. Takes away some of the sparkle doesn’t it?

The fact remains, this sweet couple was in love and they are enjoying every moment together.

So here’s to LOVE wherever it finds you!
